These terms apply to your use of crystalclearvital.com and to any system you buy from Crystal Clear Vital, Zahle, Industrial City, Rab Building, Lebanon.

What the product does

CRYSTAL CLEAR is a magnetic water conditioning system. It is designed to prevent limescale from forming and sticking inside pipes, boilers and appliances by changing how calcium behaves in the water.

It is not a water filter and not a purifier. It does not remove calcium, magnesium or any other substance from the water, and it does not change measured water hardness. Any statement on this site should be read with that in mind.

Prices and orders

Prices shown on this website are in US dollars and are for the system only. The website does not process payments. Orders are agreed directly with us by WhatsApp, phone or email, and are confirmed once we have your pipe size, delivery address and installation arrangements.

We may update prices at any time. The price we confirm to you in writing is the price that applies to your order.

Delivery and installation

Delivery times and installation arrangements are agreed with you case by case, and depend on your location and on the plumbing at the property. The system installs on the main water line without modifying your plumbing.

Warranty and support

The warranty terms that apply to your unit are the ones we confirm with you at the time of purchase. Contact us on +961 81 681 111 for any support question about a system you have bought from us.
