How this differs from a salt water softener
Most hard water products sold in Lebanon are salt based softeners or reverse osmosis filters. They solve a different problem, and they cost more to run. Here is the honest comparison so you can pick correctly.
If you specifically need the hardness number lowered, or contaminants removed, a softener or a filter is the right buy and we will say so.

Yes. Water across most of Lebanon is hard, which is why limescale builds up so quickly on taps, kettles, boilers and heating elements. The system is fitted on the main line and treats everything that flows through it.

No. CRYSTAL CLEAR does not remove calcium or magnesium. It changes how these minerals behave, preventing them from forming hard limescale deposits while keeping beneficial minerals in the water.
In the AUB–LEAF analysis the calcium content of the solid deposit fell from 52.89 to 27.60 wt% after treatment, while carbon and oxygen rose. A separate LARI / Tal Amara water analysis measured total hardness at 300.1 mg/L before and 168.1 mg/L after. The signed reports are here.

It clamps onto your main water line and needs no modification to your plumbing. Installation arrangements are agreed with you case by case, depending on your property and location, and confirmed before anything is charged.
Check the unit when it is delivered, before paying. If it arrives damaged or is not what was agreed, refuse the delivery or tell us immediately and we will replace it or cancel the order. For any issue found after delivery, contact us and we will agree the resolution with you directly. We handle these case by case rather than through a fixed returns window. Water chemistry specialist Jean Estephan analysed water samples taken before and after installation. His signed report found that the water stayed within drinking-water standards, the scale crystals changed from sticky to non-sticky, and beneficial minerals stayed in the water.
